Priced by the mandates you run.
Every plan runs the same control plane: the pre-trade check, one action to halt everything, permissions that expire, and books reconciled to the chain. Plans differ in how many active mandates and rulings they include. Prices are in US dollars.
The SDKs and the MCP server are free to download under Apache-2.0. Use is licensed on the platform, by plan or by governed action, and a developer account starts free in Sandbox. Create a developer account.

Beyond a plan: $20 a month for each further active mandate and $1 for each further 1,000 rulings.
- Active mandate
- A permission your account has granted to Nevarn that has neither expired nor been revoked. It sets the venues, actions, per-transaction and daily limits, and an expiry of at most ninety days.
- Ruling
- One decision the execution authority returns on one order or payment: proceed, refuse, refer or hold. Refusals count; an order the authority never sees does not.
Agentic commerce
Accepting payments from AI agents: 0.5% a payment.
Merchants pay 0.5% of each settled payment, with no monthly fee. Only a settled payment is charged: a refused, failed or reverted payment costs nothing.
The payment reaches your wallet in full, and the fee is recorded in your books as owed to Nevarn, so the ledger shows exactly what each payment earned and cost.
As of 1 Nov 2026, Nevarn does not run a live UCP merchant network, has no external merchant adoption to report, and supports payment only on configured USDC paths.
