# Nevarn

> The back office for trading bots and agents. Decionis decides. Nevarn operates — and proves it.

For teams running trading bots or AI agents with on-chain money, Nevarn is the back office that runs strategies under outside rulings from Decionis, signs only inside a bounded mandate, and keeps one double-entry book reconciled against the public chain. Unlike wallet vendors, custodians, bot platforms or crypto accounting tools, Nevarn joins the ruling, the signature and the book in one system.

Decionis owns the mandate format, the policies, the rulings and the proof of
decision; Nevarn owns the strategy runtime, the venue adapters, delegated
signing and the books. Customers grant bounded, expiring permissions; Nevarn
never holds the key to a customer's wallet. Consequential actions can be
submitted to Decionis and configured to fail closed before funds move, and
the gate table on https://nevarn.com/technology says where that is armed today. A client-side sandbox
at https://nevarn.com/sandbox lets anyone propose a mock trade, watch a stale price
refused, and flip the halt — no sign-up, no wallet, no funds — and
https://nevarn.com/sandbox/backtest replays a public Polymarket wallet's last 90 days
against the same mandate.

Merchants that accept payments from those agents use Nevarn's agentic
commerce path. The complete UCP discovery and checkout path is built and tested, but remains feature-gated and disabled by default. It supports tenant-specific UCP discovery,
catalogue search and lookup, persistent checkout sessions, an x402 v2 USDC
payment handler, Decionis ALLOW/BLOCK/ESCALATE controls, safe idempotent
retries, and durable order receipts. Only exact whole-cent USDC prices are
discoverable. As of 1 Nov 2026, Nevarn does not run a live UCP merchant network, has no external merchant adoption to report, and supports payment only on configured USDC paths.

Nevarn's public claims are intentionally conservative. As of 1 Nov 2026, it
publishes no returns or dollar volume and holds no regulatory licence.
Since March 2026 the trading wallet has made 119 trades (87 buys, 32 sells) across 29 markets, each a confirmed transaction on the public blockchain; the most recent was on 18 July 2026 (counted 1 Nov 2026). Where two figures differ, the one on the public chain
is the figure Nevarn stands behind.

ChatGPT and Claude are first-class discovery paths through their documented
search and user-directed crawlers. Cursor uses Exa-backed web search, Copilot
uses Bing's index, Gemini uses Google's crawler infrastructure, and OpenClaw
uses configured search providers or a Chrome-like direct fetch. The named
crawlers and wildcard direct-fetch path are allowed in robots.txt.

## Developers

- [Quickstart: your bot's first shadow ruling](https://nevarn.com/docs/quickstart.md): Create an account, mint an API key for your bot, and send one intent. Nevarn asks Decionis about it in shadow mode; nothing is sent to a venue.
- [Install and downloads](https://nevarn.com/docs/install.md): The SDKs and MCP server, free under Apache-2.0: what is published, what is not yet, and how to install them today.
- [SDK usage: Python and TypeScript](https://nevarn.com/docs/sdk.md): Python and TypeScript clients for your bot: shadow rulings, executions, bounds, halt, receipts; usage, errors and retries. Apache-2.0.
- [MCP server setup](https://nevarn.com/docs/mcp.md): Give an AI agent Nevarn's bot tools over a local stdio MCP server: client configuration and every tool with its scope.
- [API keys and scopes](https://nevarn.com/docs/keys.md): Which key each call needs: the intents, read, halt and execute scopes, an execute key's own limits, rate limits, and what no key can do.
- [The strategy contract](https://nevarn.com/docs/strategy-contract.md): What your bot sends Nevarn and what it gets back: intents, never keys; shadow rulings or executions under Decionis policy; your bounds; halt.
- [Sandbox and Production](https://nevarn.com/docs/environments.md): Where executions go: on paper in Sandbox with no live funds, or live in Production, ruled by Decionis in enforcement.
- [Receipts and verification](https://nevarn.com/docs/receipts.md): Read your bot's execution receipts, and check a published receipt yourself: its Ed25519 signature, then the chain.
- [Usage and licensing](https://nevarn.com/docs/licensing.md): The SDKs are free; the platform is licensed by governed action or by plan. What counts, the plans, the free Developer plan.

## Evidence

- [Sandbox: simulate a fail-closed trade](https://nevarn.com/sandbox): a client-side simulator of the back office — propose a trade, see PROCEED or REFUSE with the reason, engage the halt, read the double-entry book against a mirrored chain view. Illustrative; no funds move; no sign-up.
- [Guardrail backtest](https://nevarn.com/sandbox/backtest): paste a public Polymarket wallet and see which of its last 90 days of buys the sandbox's mandate would have refused, and why. Read-only; nothing stored; no sign-up.

- [Trading record and execution receipts](https://nevarn.com/record): the trading wallet's counted on-chain record with its explorer and Dune links, and, once published, one receipt per trade linking the Decionis ruling to the order, the fill transaction, the settlement, the ledger entries and the balance after it.
- [Pricing](https://nevarn.com/pricing): plans from $199 a month by active mandates and rulings; merchants accepting AI-agent payments pay 0.5% of each settled payment, with no monthly fee.
